Howdy folks! Getting ready for the annual family holiday, a road trip thru NE states to the Maritimes of Canada. We have a family wedding next week, & my gals are bridesmaids and I'm the emcee. We have nice low key vacations there, though boredom and over-eating take effect if the weather is shitty. My defences are frequent testing, playing Wiii and forcing the exercise. I was off the recumbent bike and Wiii for a couple of weeks for no particularly good reason, and boy it's tough to get back to it. One amazing thing with my pathetic little excercise routine - it has translated into a big improvement in the potency dept. if you know what I mean. I guess it's a circulation thing, but doing 16 mins on the bike 4 times a week and some light weightlifting - arm curls with dumbbells has made a huge difference, much to my surprise and that of my spouse. Those men with t2d can attest to the gradual deterioration of that function, but I'm telling you that after a few months only, wow, I'm a happy guy again. That will save a few bucks, too. Of course, that's another area that t2d's don't talk about. That, and everything else about t2d. I'm sadly resigned to the idea that I can't change that in my lifetime, but God I wish t2d's would open up a bit with each other, at least. Nice pic of Coco Beach, huh?
